New York, New York — September 3, 2024 — Patrick Doerr PLLC welcomes Mitch Stein, an accomplished corporate and intellectual property lawyer, to the Firm, as a Partner.
Mitch is an experienced lawyer who focuses on the development and protection of intellectual property and other assets on a global scale. Stein advises clients on all aspects of creating and protecting their “brand,” and is an architect of legal strategies that drive and build value, including by negotiating and structuring valuable licensing and collaboration deals. Stein also advises clients on commercial matters, advertising and marketing, and other corporate transactions. He is experienced in many industries, such as consumer products, biotechnology, life sciences, ESG/sustainability, e-commerce, software, and technology.
